If you're driving to Changi City Point from MacRitchie Reservoir, start by heading southeast on Lornie Road, then merge onto the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) towards Changi Airport. Continue on PIE for about 13 km and take exit 1B for Upper Changi Road. Follow Upper Changi Road East and then turn right onto Changi Business Park Central 1. Changi City Point will be on your left at 5 Changi Business Park Central 1.

To reach Changi City Point by public transport, start by walking to the nearest bus stop at MacRitchie Reservoir. Take Bus 67 or Bus 74 towards Bedok North MRT Station. Alight at the Bedok North MRT Station and transfer to the Downtown Line. Take the MRT towards Expo Station. At Expo Station, exit and follow the signs to Bus Bay A. From there, take Bus 20 or Bus 27 and alight at Changi Business Park Central 1. Changi City Point will be a short walk from the bus stop.
