Walking
If you're near the Marina Bay Sands, start by heading towards the waterfront promenade. Walk along the promenade towards the direction of the Merlion Park. You'll pass the Marina Bay Floating Platform on your left. Continue walking until you reach the Merlion Park, where you can take a moment to enjoy the iconic Merlion statue. From Merlion Park, head towards the Esplanade Bridge. Cross the bridge, and once you reach the other side, you will see the statue of Sir Stamford Raffles in front of the Victoria Concert Hall. The statue is located on the North Bank, right by the river.

Walking
If you are at the Gardens by the Bay, exit the gardens and head towards the Marina Bay Sands. Walk along the waterfront promenade in the direction of the Marina Barrage. As you approach the Marina Bay Sands, turn towards the Merlion Park. Continue towards the Esplanade Bridge and cross it. After crossing, the statue of Sir Stamford Raffles will be ahead, located on the North Bank next to the Victoria Concert Hall.

From the Raffles Place MRT Station, exit to Raffles Place and head towards the riverfront. Walk along the river until you reach the Fullerton Hotel. Continue walking along the riverbank promenade, and after a short walk, you will arrive at the statue of Sir Stamford Raffles, located on the North Bank just across from the Victoria Concert Hall.
