From anywhere in the North Region, take the SLE (Seletar Expressway) or BKE (Bukit Timah Expressway) to connect to the PIE (Pan Island Expressway). Take the exit towards Mandai Road, then follow the signs to the Central Water Catchment area. Look for signs directing you to Jelutong Tower. There is parking available nearby, but be sure to check for parking fees which may apply.

    To reach Jelutong Tower via public transportation, start by taking the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) to the nearest station, which is Choa Chu Kang MRT Station (NS4 on the North South Line). Upon exiting the station, take bus 975 from the bus interchange. This bus goes directly into the Central Water Catchment area.
