If you are driving, start from any location in Punggol and head towards Punggol Drive. Follow the signs to the TPE (Tampines Expressway) and merge onto it. Continue on TPE and take the exit towards Sengkang/Punggol. Follow the signs to Punggol Central and take a left onto Punggol Walk. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Queen Elizabeth Walk. Turn left onto Queen Elizabeth Walk. You will find Esplanade Park Tunnel located along this stretch. Parking may be limited, so look for nearby parking lots or street parking.

Public Transportation
To reach Esplanade Park Tunnel via public transport, start at Punggol MRT Station (NE17). Board the North East Line (NEL) train towards HarbourFront. Alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (NE6/NS24/CC1). From Dhoby Ghaut, transfer to the Circle Line (CCL) and head towards Marina Bay. Alight at Esplanade MRT Station (CC3). Once you exit the station, head towards the Esplanade area and walk along the waterfront towards Queen Elizabeth Walk. The Esplanade Park Tunnel is situated along this walkway. The MRT fare will depend on the distance traveled, ranging from S$1.50 to S$2.50.
