From Sembawang MRT Station, head to the bus stop located just outside the station. Take bus number 858 towards Woodlands Temporary Bus Interchange. Ride for about 10 stops and alight at the bus stop named 'Sembawang Bus Interchange'. Transfer to bus number 950, which will take you directly to the Johor Bahru border. After crossing the border, take another bus or a taxi to reach the Church of the Immaculate Conception, which is located at 9, Jalan Gereja.

If you are already in the Sembawang area, navigate towards the main road, Jalan Sembawang. From there, head south until you reach the Sembawang MRT Station. Follow the bus instructions above once you reach the station.

From Sembawang MRT Station, take the MRT towards Marina South Pier and alight at Woodlands MRT Station. Once you exit the station, head to the bus interchange located next to it.
