If you are starting from the Johor Bahru City Square, head out towards Jalan Wong Ah Fook. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Tun Abdul Razak. Turn left onto Jalan Tun Abdul Razak and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Jalan Mahmoodiah. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will see the Mahmoodiah Royal Mausoleum on your right. The mausoleum is located on Jalan Mahmoodiah, near the Kampung Mahmoodiah area.

From Johor Bahru City Square, walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 1 or 10 heading towards Larkin Sentral. Disembark at the stop near Kampung Mahmoodiah. From there, walk along Jalan Mahmoodiah for about 500 meters, and you will find the Mahmoodiah Royal Mausoleum on your left.
