Once you reach the Central Area, look for signs to Empress Place. The statue is located at 1 Empress Place. Parking is available nearby but may incur a fee.

From Serangoon MRT Station (NE12), take the North East Line (NE) towards HarbourFront. Alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (NE6/NS24/CC1) and transfer to the North South Line (NS) towards Marina South Pier. Alight at City Hall MRT Station (NS25/EW13). From there, take Exit A towards Empress Place. It is about a 10-minute walk from the station to 1 Empress Place where the statue is located. This journey costs approximately SGD 2.00.
