If you are driving, start from the center of Bratislava. Head west on Karadžičova towards Karpatia 1. Merge onto the D2 motorway and follow the signs for the D1 highway. Take the exit toward Karlova Ves. Follow the signs for Botanická Street to reach Comenius University Botanical Garden at Botanická 3, 841 04 Karlova Ves. There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of local parking regulations. Expect parking fees to be around 1-2€ per hour.

To reach Comenius University Botanical Garden using public transportation, you can take tram line 4 or 9 from the city center. Board the tram at the nearest stop, such as the Main Square (Hlavné námestie). Travel towards the 'Karlova Ves' direction and get off at the 'Botanická Záhrada' stop. The garden is just a short walk from the tram stop, following the signs. A single ticket costs about 0.90€ and is valid for 30 minutes, so be sure to validate your ticket before boarding.
