Adventure Awaits at Jasna Low Tatras

Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, head towards Demänovská Dolina. From the main road (E50), take the exit for Demänovská Dolina and follow the signs toward Jasná. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes from the nearest town, Liptovský Mikuláš. Once in Demänovská Dolina, continue to Demänovská Dolina 72 where Jasná Low Tatras is located. There is parking available near the resort, but be aware that parking fees may apply during peak seasons.

• Public Transportation

  If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Liptovský Mikuláš to Demänovská Dolina. Buses run regularly throughout the day, and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Demänovská Dolina bus stop, it’s a short walk (approximately 10-15 minutes) to Jasná Low Tatras. Ensure to check the bus schedule in advance for return trips, as services may be limited in the evenings.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  For a more convenient option, consider taking a taxi or using a rideshare service from nearby towns. This can be a faster way to reach Jasná Low Tatras, especially if you are in a group. Expect to pay around €15-€25 for a ride from Liptovský Mikuláš depending on the time of day and the service used.

• Walking

  If you are already within the Nizke Tatry National Park, and you enjoy hiking, you can walk to Jasná from nearby trails. Follow the marked trails leading towards Demänovská Dolina. The hike offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and can take anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on your starting point.
