Car
If you are driving, start by heading towards the town of Poprad, which is a central hub in the Tatras region. From Poprad, take the E50 road heading north towards Tatranská Lomnica. Continue on this route for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the Tatranská Lomnica area. Once you arrive, follow the signs towards the Hrebienok cable car station. Park your car in the designated parking areas, which may incur a fee ranging from €5 to €10 for the day. From Hrebienok, you will need to hike approximately 4 kilometers (about 1 hour) to reach The Silent Valley, following the marked trail.
Public Transportation
To reach The Silent Valley via public transport, start by taking a train or bus from your location in Tatras to Poprad. From Poprad, you can catch a bus to Tatranská Lomnica. The bus fare is usually around €2 to €5. Once in Tatranská Lomnica, walk to the Hrebienok cable car station, which is well-signposted. You will need to purchase a ticket for the cable car, which costs about €10 for a round trip. After reaching Hrebienok, hike approximately 4 kilometers to The Silent Valley, following the designated trails.
Hiking
If you are already in the vicinity of Tatranská Lomnica and prefer hiking, you can directly start your hike from the town towards The Silent Valley.
