From the center of Záhorie, head southeast on Route 2 (E75) towards the town of Malacky. After about 10 km, take the exit towards Petrova Ves. Continue straight for about 2 km until you reach the village of Petrova Ves. Follow the signs to Vodná nádrž Petrova Ves; the reservoir is located just on the outskirts of the village. Parking is available near the reservoir.

Start at the Záhorie bus station and take a bus towards Malacky. Buses run regularly, approximately every 30 minutes, and the ride takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the Petrova Ves stop.
