From Záhorie, take the D2 highway towards Bratislava. Merge onto the D1 highway at the junction towards Trenčín. Continue on D1 for approximately 60 km. Take the exit for Trenčín and follow the signs to the city center. Once in Trenčín, follow local signs to Trenčín Castle located at Matúšova 75/19. Parking is available near the castle, but be aware that there may be a parking fee.

From Záhorie, take a bus to the nearest train station (e.g., in Senica). From Senica, take a train towards Trenčín. Upon arriving at Trenčín train station, exit and take bus number 1 or 3, which will take you to the city center. Get off at the 'Trenčín, Matúšova' stop, which is a short walk from the castle entrance. Make sure to check the bus and train schedules in advance as they may vary.
