If you are driving from Zemplínska Šírava, take Route 579 towards the town of Trebišov. Continue on this road for about 25 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 50. Merge onto Route 50 heading towards Košice. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit toward Košice - Juh and follow the signs to the city center. St. Elisabeth's Cathedral is located at Hlavné námestie 3 in the Old Town. Parking is available in nearby public lots, which may charge a fee of around €1 per hour.

To reach St. Elisabeth's Cathedral using public transportation, take a bus from Zemplínska Šírava to the nearest bus station in Trebišov. From Trebišov, catch a train to Košice. Once you arrive at the Košice train station, you can either walk (approximately 15 minutes) to the cathedral or take tram number 2 or 4 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Hlavná' stop, which is a short walk from the cathedral at Hlavné námestie 3. The bus and train tickets may cost around €2-€3, and the tram ticket costs approximately €0.70.
