Start your journey at the center of Bled, near the famous Bled Castle. Head south on Grajska Cesta towards the lake. As you approach the lake, turn left onto the lakeside promenade. Continue walking along the promenade for about 15 minutes, enjoying the beautiful views of the lake and island. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards the hiking trails. After reaching the end of the promenade, look for the trailhead leading up to the Lower Viewpoint. It is a well-marked path that will take you through lush greenery and provide stunning views of the surroundings.

If you are starting from the Bled Jezero train station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Cesta svobode). Turn right onto Cesta svobode and walk straight until you reach the lakeside promenade. From there, follow the promenade to the left as mentioned earlier. This route will take approximately 30 minutes.
