Getting There

  • Bus

    From the center of Bled, walk to the main bus station located near the lake (approximately 10 minutes on foot). Take the bus towards Rateče, which will take you directly to the Rateče stop. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Rateče, walk south down the main road for about 10-15 minutes until you reach Planica Nordic Centre at Rateče 167.

  • Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Bled. Start cycling from the center of Bled, heading towards the direction of Lesce. Follow the cycling path that leads to Rateče. The ride will take about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your speed. As you approach Rateče, look for signs directing you toward Planica Nordic Centre, which is located at Rateče 167.

  • Walking

    If you're feeling adventurous and up for a walk, you can start from the center of Bled and head towards the village of Rateče. This walk will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Follow the main road out of Bled towards Lesce, then continue heading towards Rateče. Once you reach Rateče, continue to walk along the main road until you see the signage for Planica Nordic Centre at Rateče 167.
