From the center of Bled, head east towards the Bled Castle. Continue straight along the main road (Cesta svobode) until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Bovec. Follow the signs for Bovec, and after approximately 30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the bus station where you can catch a bus to Bovec.

Once you arrive at the Bled bus station, purchase a ticket to Bovec. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes around 45 minutes. Upon arrival in Bovec, exit the bus and head towards the town center. Fort Hermann is located about a 20-minute walk from the bus station. Follow the main road until you see signs directing you to Fort Hermann, which is located on a hill overlooking the town.
