Walking
From the center of Bled, start at the Bled Castle viewpoint near the lake. Head towards the main road (Ljubljanska cesta) and turn left. Continue walking along this road for about 1 km, passing the Hotel Park on your right. Keep an eye out for the Mala Osojnica trailhead which will be on your left. Follow the signs indicating the direction to Mala Osojnica. The trail is steep but well-marked, leading you through scenic forests. After approximately 30 minutes of uphill walking, you will reach Mala Osojnica, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Bled and the surrounding mountains.
Public Transport
From the Bled bus station, take bus number 6 towards Bled Jezero. Get off at the 'Bled Jezero' stop. Once you get off, walk towards the lake and follow the path along the water until you reach the main road (Ljubljanska cesta). Cross the road and look for the Mala Osojnica trailhead on your left. The trail is well-signposted and leads to a steep ascent through the forest. It takes about 30 minutes to hike up to Mala Osojnica.
