From Celje, take the train from Celje Train Station towards Velenje. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Šoštanj Train Station, exit the station and head northeast on the main road. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Kajuhova cesta; follow those signs. Villa Mayer is located at Kajuhova cesta 10, on your right side.

If you're in the center of Celje, you can walk to Villa Mayer. Start at the main square (Trg Zvonka Potočnika) and head north towards the Celje City Library. Continue straight onto the road that leads out of the city. After about 2.5 kilometers, you will reach Šoštanj. Turn left onto Kajuhova cesta and walk for about 500 meters. Villa Mayer will be on your right.
