From Koper city center, head to the main bus station located at Kolodvorska ulica 3. Check the bus schedules for a line heading towards Štanjel. Buses typically run every hour. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride which takes around 30 minutes. Get off at the Štanjel stop, which is well-marked. From the bus stop, walk straight along the road for about 500 meters until you reach the center of Štanjel, where the main attractions are located.

If you prefer to walk from Koper to Štanjel, start at the Koper waterfront along the promenade. Head southeast towards the main road (Ulica 15. Maj). Follow this road for approximately 7 km. The walk will take about 1.5 to 2 hours, and you'll pass through beautiful countryside and vineyards. Make sure to stay on the designated walking paths for safety.

For those who enjoy cycling, rent a bike in Koper and head towards Štanjel. Start from the Koper waterfront and follow the bike path along the coast towards the main road (Ulica 15. Maj).
