If you're driving from the center of Gorizia, head south on Via Roma towards Corso Italia. Continue straight onto Via Vittorio Veneto. Follow the signs for SS55 and take a left onto SS55. After approximately 5 kilometers, follow the signs to Località Ossario. You'll see the Sacrario Militare di Oslavje on your right. There is free parking available near the entrance.

From Gorizia city center, you can take a local bus towards Nova Gorica. Board the bus at the main bus station (Stazione degli Autobus di Gorizia). Make sure to check the schedule beforehand, as bus times may vary. Get off at the stop 'Oslavje' which is near the Sacrario. After you disembark, walk approximately 500 meters to the memorial site. A single ticket costs around €1.50.
