Returning from Croatia, on the way to Italy, we enjoyed a stop that turned out to be much more than just a stopover: an unforgettable experience. We discovered this Slovenian winery almost by chance, but the choice turned out to be absolutely perfect. From the first moment we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by sommelier Natalia, a young woman of extraordinary competence and contagious sympathy, able to turn a tasting into a real sensory journey. His passion and his ability to tell the wines in simple but profound words made us feel not customers, but special guests, almost long-time friends. We tasted five wines: each with a distinct personality, from refined elegance to more decisive character. Every sip was a discovery, a world of scents and flavors that sticks with you. But it does not end there: the winery also produces oils of surprising quality, and the four we tasted were no less. True small masterpieces, intense and harmonious, capable of transporting the palate to a new dimension. A stop that has become a precious memory: excellent wines, extraordinary oils and an exceptional guide like Natalia.
