We discovered this Slovenian winery almost by chance, but the choice turned out to be absolutely perfect. From the first moment we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by sommelier Natalia, a young woman of extraordinary competence and contagious sympathy, able to turn a tasting into a real sensory journey. His passion and his ability to tell the wines in simple but profound words made us feel not customers, but special guests, almost long-time friends. We tasted five wines: each with a distinct personality, from refined elegance to more decisive character. Every sip was a discovery, a world of scents and flavors that sticks with you. But it does not end there: the winery also produces oils of surprising quality, and the four we tasted were no less. True small masterpieces, intense and harmonious, capable of transporting the palate to a new dimension. A stop that has become a precious memory: excellent wines, extraordinary oils and an exceptional guide like Natalia.
