Walking
From the center of Kamnik, head east on Glavni trg towards the main road, Cesta maršala Tita. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the train station, Kamnik. Once there, you can take a train to Klagenfurt. After approximately 40 minutes, you'll arrive at Klagenfurt Hauptbahnhof. From the train station, exit and head south on Bahnhofstraße. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Viktor-Welzer-Platz where Schloss Welzenegg is located.

From Kamnik, walk to the nearest bus station, which is located near the main square. Look for the bus service to Klagenfurt, which typically departs every hour. Once you board the bus, the journey will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Upon arrival in Klagenfurt, disembark at the main bus station. From there, walk south on Bahnhofstraße for about 500 meters, then turn left onto Viktor-Welzer-Platz. Schloss Welzenegg will be on your right.
