Start at the main square in Kamnik (Glavni trg). From there, head north towards the street called Šutna. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Zaprice. You will see signs for Zaprice Castle. Turn left onto Muzejska pot and follow the road uphill. The path will lead you directly to the castle entrance, which is about a 20-minute walk from the main square.
Public Transport (Bus)

From the main square in Kamnik, walk to the nearest bus stop (Kamnik, Glavni trg). Take the local bus heading towards Zaprice. The bus will take you closer to the castle. Get off at the 'Zaprice' stop. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk along Muzejska pot to reach the castle entrance.
Bicycling

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the main square in Kamnik and head north towards Šutna. Continue along the bike-friendly path that leads to Muzejska pot. Follow Muzejska pot uphill, which will take you directly to Zaprice Castle. This route is approximately 2 km long and takes about 10 minutes to cycle.
