If you are starting from Koper's main square, Tartini Square, head southeast towards the waterfront. Walk past the marina and continue along the promenade until you reach the main road. Turn left onto Ulica 15. maja and continue straight until you reach the crossroads with Ulica Slovenska. Here, take a right turn and follow the road as it curves right into Ulica Kidričeva. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ulica Jelačića. Take a left here and proceed until you see the Church of the St. John the Baptist ahead.
