I loved this olive oil tasting. It was much more than just tasting. We started with an introduction to olive oil production in the cosy kitchen from the farm. The owner Sašo explained to us how they grow olives and how olive oil is produced and how products are marked in accordance with the standards. It was all examined in a way that I could understand without prior knowledge. I like the fact that now I know better how to choose olive oil also in the shop:) The tasing was very informative but still had a relaxed atmosphere. After the introduction and testing of live oils we went to live grow which was a Ferytale experience. Tasting olive spreads just made the day we had degustation and soft drinks that they produce at home in the olive grove was something that fills you up after a few days of travel. I would go again just to have that relaxing tasting in the olive groves. Congratulations to Sašo and his family for how welcome they made everything.

Ticket bookings via TripAdvisor not real!!!

Apparently, the booking via TripAdvisor for this location is not real; the operator said his bookings cannot be made via TripAdvisor. The already paid ticket was therefore invalid and we had to pay the amount again on site. I have requested a refund via TripAdvisor and hope this still works. This should be checked urgently and the offer removed from TripAdvisor.

We had a very special experience together with Sara and her sweet dog Liza. From the first moment you can feel the passion and love that Sara puts into what she does. The activity takes place in a picturesque grove in Slovenia, where you have the opportunity to participate in first person in the search for truffles. Sara explains everything with great patience and competence: what is the truffle, how it grows, and above all the fundamental role of dogs in this fascinating tradition. It is not a simple demonstration, but a real practical and engaging experience. But it doesn't end there. After research, Sara welcomed us to her home for an amazing tasting. Being an expert in truffle processing, she made us taste delicious dishes, including a truffle pasta that we still remember with enthusiasm. We highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to discover an authentic Slovenia: made of nature, traditions, and above all genuine and passionate people. A memory that we will carry with us for a long time ❤️
