Had a super great time ,would highly recommend this excursion ,especially for a small group , and you want flexibility

We had our children , children’s spouses and grandchild, Ben had a very nice large Van and was very flexible on changing the itinerary, which made it great to do less travel time and more fun , we did not do Lake bleed ,we actually did an awesome bike ride, he lined up rentals, spent time exploring an incredible castle ,did a lot of other things, including a super great lunch with locals at a local restaurant in a small village

Great time in Lubiana and Koper!

We arrived at the port and the tour we had booked by Viator stood us out. @Ivan from Istranka Tours helped us by reallocating one of his guides to take the four of us to an excellent private tour to Lubiana and Koper — @IgorMackrovsek (sorry for not having the right letters) was excellent — knowledgeable, discreet, friendly, pleasant, great driver, excellent in several languages and proud of his country. Thanks to Istranka and Igor what would be a frustration be me a great time!

Interesting, comfortable, and relaxing

We went from Piran to Venice with a stop in Trieste. Peter gave us a history of the areas that we drove through as well some interesting nuggets of information about Trieste and Piran. What I really appreciated with Peter was his insider knowledge of the places but also the roads. He paid such careful attention to detail that he texted me a couple of days before our trip and suggested a different departure time because he was watching the traffic patterns (rush hour, construction, road closures.) This was so much appreciated! He was also 5 minutes past his arrival time, but he texted me about 20 minutes before his arrival time to let me know he was stuck in traffic. He really understands what travellers needs are and ensures that you don't have to worry about the little details. He really made sure that you were having a good vacation and was happy to answer questions about the country from historical topics to modern. I wish I spoke to him longer on our drive, but I feel asleep! Note that I can get car sick but his driving was so smooth that I was lulled to sleep. Thank you Peter!
