    From the center of Postojna, start at the Postojna Cave entrance. Head east on Jamska cesta towards the main road. Turn left onto Hribovška cesta and continue until you reach the main road (Dolenjska cesta). Cross the road and continue straight until you reach the bus station in Postojna. Take the bus to Ljubljana; the journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Ljubljana, get off at the central bus station. From there, walk to the nearest tram stop and take tram line 1 towards 'Brod'. Get off at the 'Cankarjeva' stop. Walk north on Cankarjeva cesta, then turn left onto Celovška cesta. The National Museum of Contemporary History will be on your right at Celovška cesta 23.

    From Postojna, walk to the Postojna bus station located near the center of town. Purchase a ticket to Ljubljana (tickets are available at the station). Board the bus to Ljubljana. Once you reach Ljubljana, exit at the main bus station. From there, you can take tram line 1 towards 'Brod'. Disembark at 'Cankarjeva' tram stop. After exiting the tram, walk north on Cankarjeva cesta and turn left onto Celovška cesta. The National Museum of Contemporary History is located at Celovška cesta 23, which should be on your right side.
