From the center of Ljubljana, head to the Ljubljana Bus Station located at Trg Osvobodilne Fronte 4. Look for bus number 14, which heads towards 'Šmartno.' The bus ride should take approximately 25 minutes. Once you reach the 'Šmartno' bus stop, disembark and head towards the east on Šmartinska cesta. Keep walking straight until you reach a small path leading upward towards Mount Saint Mary, which is well-marked.

If you prefer to walk, start from the Ljubljana city center and head east towards the neighborhood of Šmartno. Follow the path along Šmartinska cesta, which will lead you towards the base of Mount Saint Mary. It is about a 1.5 to 2-hour walk, depending on your pace. Look for signs pointing towards the mountain, which will guide you along the footpaths leading to the summit.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Ljubljana. Cycle east along the designated bike lanes towards Šmartno. The journey will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Šmartno, park your bike at a safe location and follow the marked paths that lead to Mount Saint Mary.
