    If you are driving from Ljubljana city center, take the H3 highway towards Domžale. Continue on the H3 for about 8 kilometers until you reach the exit for Šmartno. Follow the signs to Šmartno, and once in the town, look for local signage directing you to Šmarna Gora. The destination will be on your left after about 3 kilometers.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Šmarna Gora using public transport, start at Ljubljana's main bus station. Take bus number 6 towards Šmartno and stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes. Disembark at the Šmartno stop. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to the entrance of Šmarna Gora. Follow the path signs leading up the hill.

    If you prefer a taxi, you can book one from Ljubljana city center. The ride to Šmarna Gora will take about 20 minutes depending on traffic. Simply provide the driver with the address '1211 Ljubljana - Šmartno' or ask them to take you to the Šmarna Gora district.
