If you are driving from Mura, head southwest on the main road (D2) towards Varaždin. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Continue straight on D2, following the signs for Varaždin. Once you reach the city, follow the signs to the center. Look for Šetalište Josipa Jurja Strossmayera, where the Varaždin City Museum is located at number 1. There is limited street parking available nearby, and parking may incur a fee.

To reach Varaždin City Museum via public transportation, take a bus from Mura to Varaždin. Buses are available from the main bus station. The journey takes approximately 40-50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Varaždin bus station, exit and walk towards the city center. Head west on Ulica Ivana Padovca, then turn left onto Ulica Kralja Tomislava. Continue until you reach Šetalište Josipa Jurja Strossmayera. The museum will be on your right at number 1. Be mindful of bus schedules, as they may vary.
