Bus
From the center of Nova Gorica, head to the main bus station located on Ulica Tolminskih Puntarjev. Take bus number 19 towards 'Idrija'. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the stop 'Črni vrh', get off the bus. From the bus stop, follow the signs that direct you towards the Wild Lake, which is about a 15-minute walk away. You will walk along the main road, and after passing a few houses, you will see the signs leading you to the lake.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Nova Gorica. Start your journey from the city center, riding towards the north following the bike paths. You will head towards the direction of Idrija. The ride is approximately 12 kilometers and will take around 45 minutes. Once you reach Črni vrh nad Idrijo, park your bicycle at the designated bike racks and follow the walking paths to Wild Lake, which should take about 10 minutes.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Nova Gorica and head north towards the main road, H4. It will take you about an hour to reach Črni vrh nad Idrijo on foot, covering a distance of approximately 8 kilometers. Follow the H4 road, and pay attention to the pedestrian paths as you walk. Once you reach Črni vrh, there will be signs directing you towards Wild Lake. The final stretch will be a pleasant walk through nature.
