From the center of Nova Gorica, head towards the main street, Ulica Tolminskih Puntarjev. Walk south until you reach the bus station (Avtobusna postaja Nova Gorica). Once there, you can take a bus to Piran. Buy a ticket from the kiosk or the bus driver. After approximately a 1-hour ride, get off at the Piran bus station. From the bus station, walk towards the coast, following the signs to the town center. Once you reach Tartinijev trg, the Mestna hiša will be right at Tartinijev trg 2.

At the Nova Gorica train station, purchase a ticket for a train heading to Koper. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Koper, transfer to a bus bound for Piran (frequent service). The bus journey from Koper to Piran will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Piran bus station, exit and head towards Tartinijev trg. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will reach Mestna hiša located at Tartinijev trg 2.
