From the bus station, walk towards the coast, following the signs to the town center. Once you reach Tartinijev trg, the Mestna hiša will be right at Tartinijev trg 2.

Walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will reach Mestna hiša located at Tartinijev trg 2.
