Walking
If you are in the center of Portorož, start at the main promenade along the waterfront. Head east towards the beach area, following the signs for Piran. Continue walking along the coast until you reach the border of Portorož and Piran, where the promenade ends. From there, follow the road signs leading to Piran. It is approximately a 30-minute walk. As you enter Piran, stay on the main street (Ulica 1. maja) which will lead you directly into the old town. Once you reach the old town, follow the signs for Tartini Plaza (Tartinijev trg). It is located at the heart of Piran and will be visible as you approach.
Public Transport
From Portorož, you can take a local bus heading to Piran. The bus stop is located near the center of Portorož, close to the main promenade. Make sure to check the bus timetable for the next departure. The bus ride to Piran takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Piran, exit the bus and follow the signs towards Tartini Plaza. The plaza is a short walk away, and you will find it by navigating through the charming streets of Piran.
