If you are starting from the central Tartini Square in Piran, head towards the northwest exit of the square. Walk along the narrow streets and follow the signs toward the 'Walls of Piran'. Continue straight until you reach Ulica IX. korpusa. Turn left onto Ulica IX. korpusa and follow it until you reach the entrance of the Walls of Piran, which will be on your right.
