    From the center of Portorož, head north towards the beach promenade. Walk along the promenade until you reach the end near the Marina Portorož. Continue straight onto the main road, which is Route 102, heading towards the direction of Piran. After about 1.5 km, you will come to a bus stop near the roundabout. Look for bus number 28 heading towards Novigrad. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. Get off at the Novigrad stop. From there, walk along the main street (Ulica 1. Maja) until you reach the Belvedere ul. 3, which is located on a hill offering a stunning panoramic point over the city wall.
