From the center of Portorož, head towards the waterfront promenade (Obala). Walk along the promenade in the direction of the Grand Hotel Portorož. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade. Then, turn left onto the main road (Šentjurska cesta) and follow the signs to Piran. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the bus station in Piran. From there, take a bus to Trieste, which will drop you off near the city center. Once you arrive in Trieste, walk towards Piazza Guglielmo Oberdan, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
