    If you are driving from any location in Posavje, head towards the A1 motorway. Follow signs for Ljubljana. After approximately 30-40 minutes, take the exit for Ljubljana Center (Exit 22). Continue on the main road (Dolenjska cesta) until you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Parmova ulica. The Railway Museum will be on your right. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee depending on the area.

    From any location in Posavje, take a bus to Ljubljana. Buses run frequently and the journey takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Ljubljana bus station, exit and walk towards the main street (Trg Osvobodilne Fronte). From there, take Bus 6 or 8 towards 'Zalog' and get off at the 'Železniški muzej' stop. The Railway Museum will be a short walk from the bus stop.
