    Walking

    After finishing your visit to Postojna Cave, exit the cave complex and head towards the main entrance area. From the entrance, make your way towards the parking lot and follow the signs directing you to Veliki Otok. The distance is approximately 2 kilometers, which should take around 25-30 minutes on foot. The path is well-marked, and you will enjoy the scenic views along the way.

    If you are driving, exit the Postojna Cave parking area and turn left onto Route 7 (H4). Continue for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Veliki Otok. Continue straight for about 800 meters, and you will see Magdalenska Jama on your right. Ensure you have a map app ready for precise navigation.

    Public Transportation

    If you prefer public transportation, you can take a local bus from Postojna towards Veliki Otok. Buses run several times a day, and you can check the schedule at the Postojna bus station. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Veliki Otok stop, Magdalenska Jama is within walking distance, about 500 meters down the road.
