From the main entrance of Postojna Cave, head southeast toward the exit area, following the signs for Veliki Otok. Walk along the path that leads away from the cave entrance and continue until you reach the road. Once at the road, turn left and walk along the sidewalk. Otoška jama is located about 1.5 kilometers from the Postojna Cave entrance. Follow the road signs directing you to Veliki Otok. The walk should take approximately 20-30 minutes.

If you're using a car, exit the Postojna Cave parking lot and turn right onto the main road (H4). Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for signs for Veliki Otok and Otoška jama. Turn left onto Veliki Otok Road, and Otoška jama will be on your left. There is parking available near Otoška jama.

To reach Otoška jama using public transportation, take a local bus from Postojna to Veliki Otok. Buses run regularly from the Postojna bus station.
