Start at the Postojna Cave entrance, which is located on Jamska cesta 30. Head southeast on Jamska cesta, then turn right onto Cesta v Predjamski Grad. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the main road (H4). Cross the road and take the path leading towards the village of Predjama. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will come to the village of Predjama, where you can catch a bus to Hrastovlje. The bus stop is located near the entrance to Predjama Castle.

From the bus stop in Predjama, take the local bus heading towards Nova Gorica. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Hrastovlje. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Hrastovlje, you will be dropped off in the center of the village. From there, you can explore the beautiful landscape and the famous Church of St. Mary Magdalene.
