Walking
From the Postojna bus station, head northwest on Trg Zdravja toward Škocjanska Cesta. Continue on Škocjanska Cesta for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Hribovska Cesta. Turn left onto Hribovska Cesta and walk straight for about 400 meters until you reach the main road. Once you reach the main road, turn right and continue walking for about 600 meters until you see a sign for the bus stop indicating services to Trieste. Board the bus to Trieste, which will take you directly to the city.

Bus
From Postojna, take the bus from the Postojna bus station to Trieste. The journey is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Trieste bus station, exit the bus terminal and head towards the nearby Piazza della Libertà. From Piazza della Libertà, take Via San Nicolò, and continue straight for 1 kilometer until you reach the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, turn left onto Riva Tre Novembre and follow the road until you reach Parco della Rimembranza. The Trieste War Memorial is located within the park.
