Getting There

  • Bus

    From Ptuj, walk to the Ptuj Bus Station located near the center of the city. Look for buses heading to Varaždin. The journey usually takes about 30 minutes. Buses are relatively frequent, so check the schedule for the next departure. Once you arrive at the Varaždin Bus Station, exit the station and head northwest on Ulica Antuna Mihanovića towards Ulica Svetog Florijana. Continue straight until you reach the main square.

    Although there is no direct train from Ptuj to Varaždin, you can take a train from Ptuj to the nearest major city with train connections, such as Maribor.
