Bus
To reach Logar Valley from Velenje, start by heading to the Velenje Bus Station located in the city center, near the main square. From there, take a bus towards Solčava. Buses typically run every hour, so be sure to check the schedule for the next departure. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Solčava bus stop, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Logarska Dolina. If walking, head southeast from the bus stop on the main road for about 3 kilometers until you reach Logarska Dolina 9. Follow the signs for Logar Valley, which will guide you to the park entrance.

Walking
If you prefer to walk to Logar Valley from the center of Velenje, start at the Velenje Castle, which is a notable landmark. From the castle, proceed south along Cesta Maršala Tita, taking the path that leads out of the city and into the surrounding countryside. Continue straight for about 7 kilometers until you reach Solčava. Once in Solčava, follow the signs to Logarska Dolina, which is about another 3 kilometers further. This walk will take approximately 2 hours, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
