Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the central area of Mogadishu, head towards the main road, 'Aden Abdulle Osman Road'. Walk towards the southwest until you reach the junction with 'Wadada Liido'. Continue straight along 'Wadada Liido' for about 3 kilometers. You will pass by several local shops and cafes. As you approach the beach, you will see the entrance to Liido Beach on your right. The beach is well-marked, and you can follow the signs leading to it.

    Rent a bicycle from a local provider in the city center. Start cycling down 'Aden Abdulle Osman Road' heading southwest. Turn onto 'Wadada Liido' and continue for about 3 kilometers. The route is relatively flat and allows for easy cycling. You will notice the beach area as you approach, with signs indicating the entrance to Liido Beach on your right.
