Continue on the R74 for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach a sign for Rhenosterfontein Farm. Turn left towards the farm and follow the dirt road for another 5 kilometers until you reach Three Tree Hill Lodge. Ensure to drive carefully as the last stretch is a gravel road.
