From the center of Breede River Valley, take the R60 road towards Worcester. Continue on the R60 until you reach the intersection with the R43. Turn left onto the R43 and follow the signs towards Stellenbosch. Once you reach the town of Stellenbosch, look for Jonkershoek Road. Turn onto Jonkershoek Road and follow it for approximately 7 kilometers. The entrance to Jonkershoek Nature Reserve will be on your left. Note that there is an entrance fee for the reserve, so be prepared to pay upon arrival.
