If you are driving, start from the V&A Waterfront area. Head south on Alfred Road, then turn left onto Dock Road. Continue straight until you reach the traffic circle, and take the exit for the M6 towards the city center. Stay on the M6, which becomes Buitengracht Street. Follow Buitengracht until you reach the intersection with Longmarket Street, where you will turn left. The Iziko Old Town House Museum will be on your left at 149 Longmarket Street.

To reach the Iziko Old Town House Museum via public transport, take the MyCiTi bus from the V&A Waterfront. From there, walk along Adderley Street and turn left onto Longmarket Street. The museum will be located on your right at 149 Longmarket Street.
