    If you are driving, start by heading towards the M3 highway from wherever you are in Cape Peninsula. Follow the M3 heading south until you reach the exit for the M42 (Muizenberg). Continue on the M42, which becomes Boyes Drive. After a short drive, you will see the entrance to Silvermine Hiking Trail on your right. There is a parking area available, and please note that there is an entrance fee of around R30 per vehicle to access the nature reserve.
