After approximately 20 minutes, watch for a sign indicating St James Beach. You will see the beach on your right, and there is parking available along Main Road. Be prepared to pay for parking which can cost around ZAR 10 to ZAR 20 per hour depending on the area.

For those using public transport, take the Metrorail train from Cape Town station to the St James station on the Southern Line. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at St James station, exit the station and walk towards Main Road, which is just a short 5-minute walk. Another public transport option is taking a MyCiTi bus from the Cape Town city center. Board the MyCiTi bus that heads to the Muizenberg route.
